Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:

Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy:

Order Modifications: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once the order is processed, modifications may not be possible.

Eligibility for Cancellation: Cancellations are subject to the status of your order. If the order has already been shipped or is in the process of being shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refused Deliveries: If you refuse delivery of an order without authorization, it will be subject to our return policy, and you may be responsible for all shipping costs.

Pre-Order Cancellations: For pre-ordered items, cancellations must be made within  6 hours of placing the order. After this period, pre-orders cannot be canceled.

Partial Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel part of your order, please contact us. Note that shipping costs may not be adjusted for partial cancellations.

Return Process:

Return Authorization: Before returning any item, you must obtain authorization from our customer support. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Instructions: Clear instructions on how to return items, including the return address and any specific packaging requirements.

Tracking and Insurance: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
